MDS / EPA WasteWise Acceptance Letter

MDS has recently joined EPA’s WasteWise program. By partnering with WasteWise, MDS has demonstrated its commitment toward a cleaner environment through its recycling efforts and programs. The company joins over 1,400 other organizations already participating in the program. These partners represent 54 business sectors and governments.

WasteWise partners have reduced approximately 74 million tons of waste since the start of the program in 1994. As a partner, MDS will join other successful partners in the electrical industry such as General Electric, Westinghouse and others.

EPA commends MDS for the waste reduction it has already achieved as a WasteWise partner. MDS will continue to report progress towards its waste reduction goals each year and will be eligible for national recognition from EPA as part of the WasteWise program.
